Tickets and Entry
- Are Tickets Available at the Door? Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door, but there will be a price increase. It's best to purchase online, in advance.
- Can I Leave and Re-enter the Venue? Yes, re-entry is permitted with a stamp.
- What Time are Doors? Doors open at 6:30 PM, and shows start at 7:00 PM.
- Are Kids Free? Yes, kids 12 and under are free with the purchase of an adult ticket.
- Are There Age Restrictions for Entry? No, all ages are welcome unless specified otherwise for certain events.
Seating and Accessibility
- Is there Seating for General Admission? No, general admission is lawn seating. Chairs and blankets are permitted.
- What is Included in VIP? VIP has ground-level seating at the stage, with chairs provided and access to VIP restrooms with nearby bar, food and concessions.
- Is Accessible Seating Available? Yes, we have accessible seating areas. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Parking and Transportation
- Is Parking Available? Yes, parking is available on-site. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
Food and Beverages
- Is there Food & Beverages Served On-Site? Yes, Orion.Events and Orion Township have partnered with Johnny Blacks to provide food and beverage service, along with addition food & concessions.
Hosting Events
- How Can I Host an Event at Wildwood Amphitheater? If you are interested in hosting a private event, please call Karin 248-505-7566.
Payments and ATMs
- What Forms of Payment Are Accepted? We accept cash, credit, and debit cards for ticket purchases and on-site food and beverage services.
- Are There ATMs on Site? No, there are no ATMs on site.
Prohibited Items and Security
- What Items Are Not Allowed at Wildwood Amphitheater? The following items may not be brought into the venue:
- Outside food or beverages
- Bottles, cans, glass, or liquid containers
- Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, and mace)
- Toy or fake weapons
- Alcohol or illegal substances
- Animals (except service animals)
- Professional video and/or sound recording devices (including laptops, tablets, iPads, and GoPros)
- Umbrellas with pointed tips
- Bags or purses larger than 4″ x 6″ x 1.5″
- Backpacks
- Fireworks or any explosives
- Skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, or personalized vehicles
- Laser pointers
- Artificial noisemakers
- Inflatable objects
- Aerosol cans (except for bug repellent)
- Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drones)
- Any other item deemed unsafe by venue personnel
Additional items may be added on an event-by-event basis as dictated by tour personnel, such as signs, chairs, blankets, etc. Guests without shoes or shirts are not permitted to enter.
Other Services and Policies
- Is There Wi-Fi Available? No, public Wi-Fi is not available.
- Are There Charging Stations? No, please make sure your devices are charged for the show.
- Is Smoking Allowed? Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Please look for signs or ask venue staff for directions.
- Is There a First Aid Station? Yes, a first aid station is available on-site for any medical emergencies. Please contact a staff member if you need assistance.
- What Should I Do If I Lose Something at the Venue? Please visit our Lost and Found at the main entrance or contact us after the event.
- Can I Bring a Camera? Non-professional cameras are allowed. Professional video and/or sound recording devices are not permitted.
- Can I Bring a Stroller? Yes, strollers are allowed, but please be mindful of others and park them in designated areas if required.
Weather Policy
- What is Your Weather Policy? All shows are rain or shine, and tickets are non-refundable. However, in the event of lightning or severe storms, if a show must be canceled, we will do our best to reschedule and offer you a site credit towards a future show.
