The North Oakland Concert Band (NOCB) is a distinguished wind ensemble based in Michigan, comprising over 80 dedicated musicians. Under the long-standing direction of Music Director Annette Kline, the band is renowned for delivering dynamic performances that span a wide array of musical genres, from traditional marches and classical transcriptions to contemporary compositions crafted specifically for concert bands.
